Services:
Services provided by our Physician and Nurse Practitioners include illness and injury evaluation and treatment, physical exams, reproductive health and family planning, and health education. In addition, licensed clinicians can provide mental health evaluations and individual, family and group therapy. Referrals to specialty care and other community programs are also available. Oral Health services are provided once per year at each school by Choptank Community Health System.
